I had the pleasure of working with Jacob when my business was in its infancy.  He provided me with hours of Photoshop training and was a fantastic teacher.  I also engaged him to design and update my home network infrastructure.  We added a high speed router, switch and a large custom-designed NAS system that has become the media hub for me and my family.  Jacob is very easy to work with, and I recommend him highly.
